Microsoft Outlook 2003 Displaying Wrong Time

Who It happened to: Me!
Operating System: XP
Problem: When i recieved an Email, it was saying the email
was 1 hour earlier than it was.
E.g Outlook was displaying that it was 14:00 when it was actually
 13:00. Strange.

Background Information & Solution:

Before you try and sort a problem, you should think logically. What could be the problem? Why is it doing this? Will i need help fixing it? Is the problem serious, or can it wait?

I must admit, i'm good with mobile phones, and this problem instantly rang a bell. 'Daylight Saving Time'. That time of the year where the
clock changes backwards or forwards
1 hour.  Where we all lose 1 hour or gain 1 hour of sleep.
So, i decide that this is worth a try.

If you see where the clock is, in the bottom right of your screen , and double-left-click that.

Click the 'Time Zone' Tab. And then click 'Automatically
Adjust Clock For Daylight Saving Time'

Notice the time in Outlook will now change.

Well done!
